Financing history
Supplied round estimates are estimated offering prices and valuation caps, not market quotes or realized investment returns. The $20M goal is the overall financing objective, not the Reg CF offering limit. The hatched area marks a future period with no projections shown.
Shipment plan & revenue model
2026 uses the September 2026 investor-deck plan: 2 Model O1 vehicles and 20 platforms, not confirmed deliveries. Forecast revenue of $1.03M is calculated as 2 × $120,000 plus 20 × $39,500. This shipment-plan forecast replaces the earlier working model’s zero baseline; it is not recognized revenue.
2027–2031 projections use the September 23, 2026 Final Working Model, at $120,000 per Model O1 and $39,500 per platform. Execution depends on financing, certification, suppliers and manufacturing. Plans and forecasts may not be achieved.
Capacity scenario
Each year’s capacity scenario uses the following year’s planned shipments, per management. The 2031 scenario uses the 2032 plan of 10,000 Model O1 vehicles and 40,000 platforms. These are planning scenarios, not installed capacity or actual production.
Separate company references include announced capacity of 1,800 vehicles per year for 2026 on Wefunder and a target of 3,000+ for 2028 in the September investor deck. Those references are distinct from the scenario shown here.

Financing history & price basis
Financing references, not market quotes. Supplied round estimates are not historical transaction prices or SAFE conversion prices and do not establish a resale value.
| Period | Valuation cap | Estimate |
|---|---|---|
| Jan–Mar 2022 | $1.79M | $0.12 |
| Apr 2022–Dec 2023 | $28M | $1.90 |
| Jan–Aug 2024 | $30M | $2.04 |
| Sep 2024–Apr 2025 | $63M | $4.28 |
| May 2025–Jul 2026 | $70M | $4.76 |
| Aug–Oct 2026 | $180M | $12.24 |
The $63M milestone uses the proportional calculation $4.76 × $63M / $70M = $4.284, rounded to $4.28. The current $12.24 is the supplied round estimate.
The pro forma fully diluted basis of 14,705,882 shares comes from “Cap Table — Reviewed Oct 6, 2026” and includes an unissued equity-plan allocation; it is not the issued share count. $180M divided by this basis is approximately $12.24, consistent with the current displayed estimate.

Investor FAQ
Why invest in startups?+
Regulation CF allows investors to invest in startups and early-growth companies. Unlike supporting a product campaign, you are purchasing securities, not products or merchandise. Your rights depend on the security and the terms described in the offering documents.
How much can I invest?+
Regulation CF imposes no investment limit on accredited investors. For non-accredited investors, limits apply across all Reg CF investments in a 12-month period. If either annual income or net worth is below $124,000, the limit is the greater of $2,500 or 5% of the higher of income or net worth. If both are at least $124,000, the limit is 10% of the higher figure. The overall non-accredited limit is $124,000. Offering-specific limits may also apply.
How do I calculate my net worth?+
Subtract liabilities from assets. Exclude your primary residence and debt secured by it up to its fair market value. Include debt above that value and increases in home-secured debt during the preceding 60 days, except borrowing to purchase the residence. Review the SEC guidance for examples and joint calculations.
What are the tax implications of an equity crowdfunding investment?+
We cannot give tax advice. Talk with your accountant or tax advisor before making an investment.
Who can invest in a Regulation CF offering?+
Individuals over 18 years of age can invest. Regulation CF offerings are open to accredited and non-accredited investors, subject to applicable investment limits and eligibility requirements. Review the offering documents and DealMaker's account requirements before investing.
What do I need to know about early-stage investing? Are these investments risky?+
Investing in a startup or small business involves substantial risk. If a company goes out of business, your investment could lose all value. You may have limited voting rights and face dilution. Early-stage companies are still developing their products, services and business models, so nothing is guaranteed. Consider these investments only as part of a balanced portfolio and only if you can afford to lose your entire investment.
When will I get my investment back?+
The SAFEs of Olympian Motors, Inc. (the "Company") are not publicly-traded. As a result, the shares cannot be easily traded or sold. As an investor in a private company, you typically look to receive a return on your investment under the following scenarios: The Company gets acquired by another company. The Company goes public (makes an initial public offering). In those instances, you receive your pro-rata share of the distributions that occur, in the case of acquisition, or you can sell your shares on an exchange. These are both considered long-term exits, taking approximately 5-10 years (and often longer) to see the possibility for an exit. It can sometimes take years to build companies. Sometimes there will not be any return, as a result of business failure.
Can I sell my shares?+
Securities purchased in a Regulation CF offering generally cannot be transferred for one year after purchase, except for transfers:
- to the company;
- to an accredited investor;
- as part of an offering registered with the SEC; or
- to a family member or equivalent, certain trusts, or in connection with death, divorce or similar circumstances, as permitted by Regulation CF.
After one year, a market may still not exist and other restrictions may apply. Review the offering documents for the terms of your security.
What happens if a company does not reach its funding target?+
If the company does not reach its minimum funding target by the offering deadline, the offering is canceled and committed funds are returned to investors.
How can I learn more about Olympus's offering?+
Review the information on this offering page, Olympian's SEC filings and the offering documents provided through DealMaker. These documents explain the security, terms and company-specific risks. Ask offering-related questions through the investor discussion board so other investors can see the answers.
What if I change my mind about investing?+
You can cancel your investment at any time, for any reason, until 48 hours prior to a closing occurring. If you’ve already funded your investment and your funds are in escrow, your funds will be promptly refunded to you upon cancellation. Instructions on how to process your refund can be found here or you can email [email protected].
How do I keep up with how the company is doing?+
Companies that complete a Regulation CF offering generally must file an annual report with the SEC and post it on their website within 120 days after the fiscal year ends. The report includes financial statements and business updates. Reporting can end when a regulatory exception applies; if it ends, you may no longer have current financial information about the company.
What relationship does Olympus have with DealMaker Securities?+
DealMaker Securities LLC is a registered broker-dealer and the intermediary for this offering. It is not an affiliate of Olympian and does not make investment recommendations. After the offering closes, there is no guarantee that DealMaker Securities or its affiliates will maintain a relationship with Olympian or continue providing services, although the parties may work together on future offerings.
What is a SAFE?+
A SAFE (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) is a security that allows you to invest in a company today in exchange for a contractual right to receive shares in the future if certain events specified in the agreement occur, such as a qualifying equity financing.
Unlike buying shares, which gives you an ownership interest when the shares are issued, purchasing a SAFE does not give you immediate ownership in the company or the rights associated with holding shares, such as any applicable voting rights. If the SAFE converts into shares, the number and type of shares you receive will depend on its terms, which may include a valuation cap or discount.
Conversion is not guaranteed, and a SAFE may remain outstanding indefinitely. The agreement also determines your rights if the company is sold or shuts down. You should review the SAFE and offering documents carefully, as terms vary. Despite its name, a SAFE is still a risky, speculative, long term and illiquid investment, and you should only invest an amount you are willing to lose.
